eggplant and chicken
for 2 people
1 big eggplant
1 sweet pepper
2 chicken breast
1 tbs miso paste
1 tsp suger
a little bit chilli
a little water as much as you like ti!
cut egg plant, chicken and sweet pepper in squares of 1cm.
mix miso paste, sugar and water in a small bowl. heat the pan, put a little oil and fry vegetables and the chicken. towards the end add the bowl mix and cook it for another 1-2 minutes. do that on high heat!
enjoy your meal!

my office is just beside one of the most busiest train tracks in switzerland. the company i’m working for is also producing parts for trains. so it was pretty exciting as the prototype of the new cisalpino just passed outside the office window. no painting no coloure, raw out of the workshop. i was fast enough to catch a picture of it. this is also the train who will bring much faster to the saturday market in domodossola in the future. hopefully he will have less breakdowns than the old cisalpino.
in the datasheet of the new pendolino i found something very interesting - WiFi!

da verstehe ich die welt nicht mehr! zuerst kaufe ich musik und jetzt soll ich auf dem mp3 player nochmals für meine musik die ich erstanden habe bezahlen??? wo ist die logik? die besteht da drin das ich zukunftig im ausland mp3 player kaufen werde und es animiert einem geradezu auf illegalem weg an musik zu kommen!
sorry, aber so macht sich die musikindustrie keine freunde! ich bin für den schutz und die abgeltung von tantiemen. aber wenn ich für etwas bezahlen muss das ich bereits einmal bezahlt habe, dann hört mein verständniss und auch meine bereitschaft künstler über musik kauf zu unterstützen auf!
