langsam aber sicher wird meine pendlerstrecke zu kurz! nach 20minuten, heute, .ch jetzt auch noch news! wobei ich 10km von bern an einer s-bahn station das .ch immer noch vergebens suche! in einer internen sbb zeitung wurde mitgeteilt das die zeitungsboxen in den gossen bahnhöfen exklusiv 20minuten und heute vorbehalten sind. .ch und news werden vorwiegend an regionalen bahnhöfen zu finden sein.
ich würde bei .ch keine werbung schalten, da in meiner meinung nach .ch die leser nicht erreicht! warum ich das weiss? weil ich auf einer der hauptachsen, bern - olten, ca. nur alle vier wochen ein .ch liegen gelassen wird. 20minuten und heute sind überall!
bei gratiszeitungen ist der clou, dass die zeitung mehrmals gelesen wird weil sie liegen gelasen wird und noch von einer zweit, dritt oder noch mehr gelesen wird!

the front man of midnight oil, peter garret was appointed to be minister in the new australien cabinet. i really like that. but what i really like is the fact that there is a special “minister for climate change and water” in australia. that means that australia is most probably the first country in the world which has, beside the minister for environment, a special minister for climate change! this shows how important this topic is! suffering of heavy draughts and water shortage australian people feel the climate change in a very hard and direct way! penny wong will be in charge of this job!

last night i looked up, if i can find another bottle of whisky made in the year 1974. as i was born then in the year 1974 i’m interested in whisky which was made then. i have one bottle open and 5 closed!

mein schwager hat mir erzählt das er einen linsen-curry-eintopf gekocht hat der sehr geschmeckt hat.
kurz die zutaten gemerkt und handgelenk mal pi nachgekocht!
das sind die zutaten:
rote linsen - müssen nicht eingeweicht sein
zwiebeln und knoblauch fein gehackt
kartoffel und karotten in kleine würfel geschnitten
lauch fein geschnitten
chilli
lorbeerblätter
zimt - der macht das gewisse etwas aus
indisches curry pulver
öl
weisswein
zwei zutaten fehlen auf dem bild:
kokosmilch
nelken
ich verzichte bewusst auf die mengenangaben, sonst macht ja kochen kein spass!
zwiebeln und knoblauch im öl andünsten, linsen beigeben und mitdünsten danach mit weisswein ablöschen. anschliessend wasser zugiessen und lorbeer, nelken und zimt beigeben. wenn wasser eingekocht immer wieder einen schuss nachgeben. nach 10 minuten kartoffeln und karotten beigeben. weiterköcheln lassen und nach bedarf wasser beigeben bis linsen gar sind. nun sollte das wasser fast ganz eingekocht sein. kokosmilch, chilli und currypulver beigeben. nach bedarf mit currypulfer, salz und pfeffer abschmecken. ein paar minuten weiter köcheln lassen und here it is:

am sonntag aben spielt max lässer und das überland-orchester live im bierhübeli in bern! ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen! einfach wunderbar was die für einen klangteppich knüpfen mit x-verschiedenen instrumenten. nach dem konzert, höre ich mir das gerne noch ein zweites mal an!

yes, on the 9th december domodossola is only 1h40m away from bern! saturday shopping on the market of domodossola is much closer and easier then! i’m really happy about that! it’s big fun this saturday trips to domodossola. having a coffee on the piazza mercato, buying salami, parmeggiano, peccorino, some olive oil, dried tomato and so on! then finding an Italian restaurant for lunch! at the stop at the special shop and buy a nice bottle of grappa!
up and on i check out new tv series which are already on air in the USA but not in switzerland. i also check out the music they use for the score or the music they play in the episodes. “explosion in the sky” made the soundtrack for the series “friday night lights”. it’s a post-rock band from austin in texas. i really like this kind of music. it’s instrumental! somehow it reminded me a bit of “sigur ros”.
